Application and storage conditions of benzoyl dichloride peroxide

Storage conditions:

Keep the packaging sealed and in a well ventilated state, with a maximum storage temperature of 30 ℃. Avoid mixing with reducing agents such as amines, acids, alkalis, and heavy metal compounds (accelerators and metal soaps). It is strictly prohibited to pack or use in the warehouse.

Storage stability:

Store according to the manufacturer's instructions, and the product can meet the factory technical standards within three months.

Purpose：

This product is a good vulcanizing agent for silicone rubber, with a safe processing temperature of 75 ℃ and a vulcanization temperature of 90 ℃. The recommended dosage is 1.1-2.3%.

Fire extinguishing:

Small fires need to be extinguished with dry powder or carbon dioxide fire extinguishers, and a large amount of water should be sprayed to prevent reignition. A large fire requires spraying a large amount of water from a safe distance.
